About

Greg Hurst & Associates Ltd.

Greg Hurst & Associates Ltd. was founded in July 2010 in anticipation of a need for focused pension expertise to administer new GST/HST tax rules that affect Canadian pension and investment plans. We have been so successful in this practice area that our clients across Canada recognize us as the leading pension and investment GST/HST practitioner.

This success is built on a “can do” philosophy – we engineer pension, benefit and investment plan solutions that are beyond the imagination of other practitioners, based on deep expertise that spans the administrative aspects of legislation, regulations and common law relating to pensions and investments, including rules relating to tax, trusts, accounting, insurance and securities. We specialize in engineering solutions to pension, benefits and investment problems that confound other practitioners.
